Overview

To control projects, key interlocking parameters of quality, time and cost are identified. While much organisational effort goes, rightly, into ensuring product quality, and much business focus is directed at time, the other controlling parameter of projects, cost, is often neglected, or at best the subject of concern, but no action. You will learn to access cost information as a lever to liberate creativity and to ensure valid choices are made in the delivery of project results.

Training Method

COST builds on basic project management techniques developed in project management introduction courses to provide a tried and tested methodology for dealing systematically with project costs. It is a practical course, focussed on real concerns of projects supported by case studies and exercises.
