Overview

LEAD is essential for project managers who wish to enhance their leadership skills in order to achieve higher project performance. The training provides insight into individual leadership styles and perceptions of individual personality differences. The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator is an essential tool to help better understanding of different leadership styles. Further tools and techniques are introduced to help identification of skills required or missing for the project team. Issues of multicultural differences and virtual teams are addressed.

Training Method

The program employs case studies and role plays that are specifically selected to demonstrate effective leadership in various situations. A better understanding of self and others is supported by the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. Skills identification is supported by the Belbin approach. The training is highly interactive with ample opportunities for individual feedback. Participants will work in teams and in small groups for reflection and discussion.
