Overview

NEGOTIATE is essential for project leaders who need to establish long lasting customer/stakeholder relationships to ensure long-term success in the market. In the training program you will learn how to develop and implement win-win negotiation strategies that are based on the Harvard-Approach® to Principled Negotiation. You will practice analysing your own and other parties' communication styles. You will engage in joint problem solving to achieve a mutually acceptable agreement.

Training Method

The training employs case studies and role plays that are specifically selected to demonstrate effective negotiation strategies and techniques for the project environment. It is highly interactive with ample opportunities for individual feedback.

Trainer profile

Over 30 years of experience in negotiation, mediation and facilitation in many different industries worldwide. The trainers are especially experienced in addressing issues of matrix management, power without authority and cross-cultural communication.
