All courses are registered with PMI® and all custom-built courses may be registered with PMI® and AB&P will grant PDUs.
Fundamental Skills in Project Management
Our entry level courses provide a comprehensive overview and a solid foundation of project management terminology, methods, tools and processes. The courses are aimed at junior project team members and junior project managers who would like to give their activities a solid foundation, and senior project team members and senior project managers with solid experience but looking for the formal foundation that modern project management requires. The Fundamental Skills classes are also the first step on the path to the PMP® certification.
Leadership Skills in Project Management
A critical project management skill is the ability to lead others towards a common goal. Our leadership courses provide Project Managers and other leaders with the knowledge and skills required to deal with modern day project management challenges such as virtual teams, off-shoring situations and dynamic project management processes and techniques.
Our advanced courses provide the next step for those who have already laid the foundations with one of our fundamental courses. Theses courses are also designed for the PMP® who would like to earn PDUs and develop their knowledge in more specialized areas. Some of the Advanced Project Management classes are also the second step on the path to the PMP® certification.
Our accelerated exam preparation courses are designed to help you prepare for the PMP® or CAPM® examinations. Students are guided through the entire process from application through to examination and receive all the materials and instruments necessary to succeed in a minimum amount of time. The PMP® PREP+ training is the last step on the path to the PMP® certification.
These seminars are for executive management level project sponsors or Strategic Project Management Office (Strategic PMO) members and managers faced with managing larger and more complex projects. The seminars are fully tailored to the client’s needs usually in small groups providing personalized guidance. Being fully tailored, the time and location may be specified by the client.
