Overview
TRACK provides state-of-the-art techniques, and tools to manage any project effectively and on a higher level of expertise. You will practice your skills in developing and confirming project scope, building project requirements and developing and interpreting network diagrams. You will learn a sound, logical framework for creating project schedules and controlling project activities utilising earned-value data.
Trainer Method
Individual and small-group exercises feature scenarios that help enhance these skills and a comprehensive toolkit provides practical field guidance. Case studies with presentations and group discussions about own project experiences are facilitated throughout this training.

Project Management Professional (PMP®) certified. Our TRACK trainers have over 15 years professional experience in project management in various industries and are specialized in Information Technology projects.
