Communications Management for the Professional Project Manager
Overview
A good project manager is required to be a good communicator. That is why we have developed a specific training for project communications management. This course provides the project manager with effective tools and processes and raises awareness about the importance of good communications management throughout the project. This course focuses on the application of these communication tools and processes throughout the entire project life cycle.
Training Method
Participants learn the essentials of communications management from experienced professionals. The course provides exercises, activities and group discussion formats where participants can apply the processes and tools learned. The course material includes a participant binder as well as the “The Manager’s Pocket Guide to Effective Meetings”, Personal Style Assessment and Communication Response Style assessment tools and theThomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument.
