Overview
NEGOTIATE is essential for project leaders who need to establish long lasting customer/stakeholder relationships to ensure long-term success in the market. In the training program you will learn how to develop and implement win-win negotiation strategies that are based on the Harvard-Approach® to Principled Negotiation. You will practice analysing your own and other parties' communication styles. You will engage in joint problem solving to achieve a mutually acceptable agreement.
