PMI^® Certifications

You will find out exactly what you need to know and how to prepare yourself to successfully tackle any question on the CAPM® certification exam to pass the exam on the first try. You will become familiar with the makeup and format of the exam itself.

Each participant is offered personal coaching time after the course is completed. PMI^® requirements include High School Diploma, Associate's degree or equivalent. In addition, 1,500h of work in a project team are required or alternatively 23h of project management education. At the end of this class you will receive a certificate granting 23h of project management education.

A supplementary CAPM^® Exam: Practice Test and Study Guide which features hundreds of multiple-choice questions and fully referenced answers is provided during the course. You will get a chance to explore the rationale behind each answer with your instructor.

Each participant is offered coaching time in order to interpret terminology or to coach you through a specific topic.

This course is designed to get you through the PMP exam in 5 days. From Tuesday to Friday you will attend a full-day training course with evening homework and on the following Monday you will be able to pass the PMP^® exam. The weekend in-between is for last-minute self-study.

We will guide you through the application process and advise you regarding pre-course homework. Each participant will receive an electronic PMP^® Resource Pack which includes tools, templates, links and source materials as well as Rita Mulcahy’s PMP Exam Prep book and the PMBOK^® Guide.

During the training hours you will find out exactly what you need to know and how to prepare yourself to successfully tackle any question on the PMP^® certification exam. The course includes an online exam simulation free of charge.

Participants will learn everything they need to know for taking the ACP^® (Agile Certified Practitioner) certification exam and will gain a strong foundation in the agile methodology and practices. This Program fulfils the requirement of 21 contact hours which a PMI ACP^® aspirant needs to have before applying for the PMI ACP^® certification examination.

The PMI ACP^® certification is a new credential offered by PMI for people working in Agile project management environments. Individuals obtaining this certification can demonstrate their level of skills in Agile practices. The process of earning this credential involves satisfying PMI's eligibility criterion and passing the PMI exam. The PMI ACP^® certification from PMI carries a high level of professional standing and credibility as it requires a combination of education in Agile methods, experience on Agile practices and examination on Agile practices.

The course contains an introduction to Agile Methodologies, Agile Estimation, Planning, Monitoring and Adapting, Agile Communication and Team Management, Agile Product Quality, Agile Risk Management, Agile Metrics Management and Value Stream Mapping.
